I thought it was about time I updated what I have been up to whilst we have been in lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic...

I have been continuing to go to work throughout as normal however the empty weekends and good weather have meant plenty of time for work on the cars. I have been trying to fabricate a spacer/adaptor for the clutch master cylinder for the Mini but this is proving to be harder than I thought and the focus has shifted back to the Mazda to try and get it back on the road. I have been doing a lot of welding, including new sill on the driver side along with some of the inner sill, end plate and rear wheel arch. The passenger side only needed a little bit of welding on the wheel arch. We have also removed all of the suspension for new bushing and new brakes.

Now that the welding is complete I should be able to get back to the Mini. I am about to order some more parts so hopefully next time I will have made some progress!
